About Me

I am Haritha.

The woman behind Paavai.

My path to Paavai began not in a plan, but in pain — through the cracks of a birth I didn’t fully understand, and the fire of choosing differently the second time. My VBAC wasn’t just a victory — it was a remembering. That my body had wisdom. That I had a choice. And that women deserve that knowing too.
In my deepest becoming as a mother, I saw how many women walk through life disconnected from their own power — told to obey, not to choose.
Told to adjust, not ask. Told they are “just” a wife, a mother, a daughter — never the whole woman they truly are.

Paavai was born from that ache.
It wasn’t a brand.
It was a quiet rebellion.
A soft but strong space where women could finally come home to themselves.
Without shame. Without fear. Without edits.
Through birth work, I guide women back to trust.
Through BCST, I listen with my hands — to the stories a body carries even when words fall short.
Through relationship coaching, I hold space for real connection — with self and others.

Paavai is rooted in presence.
And I know this:
When a woman feels truly seen, something shifts forever. This is my life’s work.
And it began the moment I chose myself — for the sake of my birth, my body, and every Paavai after me.Paavai is the sacred remembering — for all of us.
Rooted. Resilient. Real.
